What's more, we cover the cost of the lockboxes, so it's one less thing for you to worry about! Our services include: Key duplication for all property keys. Installation of manual lockboxes. Sign installation & day-of-closing retrieval. Storage or return delivery of signs.

Cancellation Policy

Kindly provide us with your signs and electronic lockboxes for convenient installation. Once installed, we will promptly capture images of the setup and share them with you for approval, ensuring our work aligns with your expectations. On the day of closing, we'll retrieve the lockboxes and signs. You can opt for secure storage of the signs for future use or request delivery back to you as needed. We'll create two duplicate sets of all keys provided by the agent and place them in the provided lockboxes. For primary access, one lockbox will be installed on the front door, while a secondary lockbox will be positioned elsewhere as a backup should the keys become inaccessible from the primary lockbox. Original keys will be returned to the agent. Duplicate keys will be taken out from the lockboxes during retrieval and placed in a designated kitchen drawer for the convenience of the new owners.
