Cancellation Policy

Full payment is required upon ordering. Agents can conveniently choose a gift from a selection to be purchased and delivered, or provide their own gift for delivery. Gifts will be delivered to the home and positioned on a kitchen counter or bar. A photograph of the placement will be promptly sent to you for verification. In the event of a delivery after the owners have taken occupancy, the gift will be presented on your behalf to the new owner. We can offer a branded thank-you card through our marketing services or deliver a card of your preference.
